SAMPLING PROCESS

- Send fabric cuttings or photos to us, then we will suggest options in same or similar quality.
- Choice some options. Check quality, color, price of sample yardage.
- Make garment sample using agreed sample.

IMPROVEMENT PROCESS

After garment sampling, we start
- Improving quality reflecting client's comments.
- Beaker test(B/T) for color matching.
- Additional sampling for exact garment size set.

All things are completed, main order begins.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

- Send purchase order sheet, then we start greige production and make schedule for post-processing.
- During greige work, we send B/T for color approval.
- When production is done, we send bulk sample.

& TESTING

HOW TO SHIP GOODS WITHOUT ISSUE?

Exhaustive inspection can make it.

EXAMINATION PROCESS

- Clients instruct shipment, we book vessel or flight schedule.
- We inspect whole quantities by ourselves, until cargo closing time.
- Bulk sample will be tested by testing lab(Intertek, FITI, etc) if it is required.
